Before joining AXA Private Equity in September 2007, Alexandre Motte worked for eight years within The Boston Consulting Group, where he was a Principal, focusing on healthcare and consumer goods.
He also worked during two years within the Banque Nationale de Paris in New York, as an M&A analyst.

Ivan Bernard-Brunel joined AXA Private Equity in March 2005.
Prior to joining AXA Private Equity, he was a Principal in the London office of a Silicon Valley based venture capital firm, responsible for investment opportunities in the communications and semiconductor markets in Europe. Before that, he was director of M&A and business development with Lucent Technologies, NJ, USA.
He started his career as manager of turn-key projects with Alcatel in South East Asia and ran the Indonesian operations of Alcatel CIT.

Antoine Lencou-Bareme joined AXA Private Equity in 2006 in Paris as Head of the Valuation department for direct funds. In 2008, he transferred to the Co-Investment team.
He started his career with Credit Lyonnais, before working as a senior consultant with Towers Perrin. He joined the AXA Group in 2001.
