Edouard Boscher has an MBA from ISG Paris.

He joined AXA in 1993 and AXA Private Equity in 2002 to take up the post of Head of Client Relations. Previously, he was in charge of relations with French insurance companies at AXA Investment Managers for five years. And prior to that, he worked at AXA’s Central Office for two years as Head of all assets managed by and for the AXA group worldwide. Mathias Burghardt joined AXA Private Equity on September 2007.

Philippe Poletti joined AXA Private Equity in 1999.

He began his career in consulting in 1990 at Solving International in Paris and Milan. From 1997-1999, he became Head of Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestments at DMC, a textile group.

Bruno Ladrière joined AXA Private Equity in 2002.

He was a co-founding partner of Triago where he advised several Private Equity teams on fund-raising and investment screening from 1994-1997. Jenhao joined AXA Private Equity in 2006, and is responsible for all activities in Asia including investment and business development.

Dominique Senequier graduated from Ecole Polytechnique in 1972 and holds a DEA (post-graduate degree) in Banking and Monetary Economics from the Sorbonne. A member of the French Actuarial Institute.

Dominique Senequier joined AXA Group in early 1996 and founded AXA Private Equity. At GAN from 1987 to 1995, she created and developed the subsidiary GAN Participations. Prior to that she was Group Acquisitions Manager at GAN from 1980-1987, and from 1975-1980 worked for the French Insurance Commission.

Vincent Gombault has a master’s degree in Financial Techniques from ESSEC and a DESS (post-graduate professional degree) in Banking and Finance. He also holds a degree in Law and a master’s degree in Economics.

Before joining AXA Private Equity in 1998, where he developed and managed the funds of funds business, Vincent Gombault worked in AXA Group’s Industrial Holdings department (1991-1998) after a spell as Investment Manager in the M&A department of Société Générale. He began his career at the French Trade Commission in Detroit (USA). He also lectures at ESSEC.

Stephan Illenberger holds an MBA from the University of Munich and an MA in Economics from Chicago University.

Before launching AXA Private Equity Germany in 2001, Stephan Illenberger was a Managing Partner of Doertenbach & Co, an independent management company for three years. Prior to this, he was Head of Corporate Finance Germany at NatWest Markets and CEO of York Hannover. From 1987-1992 he was Director of Bayerische Vereinsbank in the M&A department. He started his career at McKinsey.

Christophe Florin joined AXA Private Equity in 1998 and has directed the Asian business since 2005. He is now responsible for the administration and finance and legal departments. Previously he worked in GAN's unlisted company investments department, in the company “Développement et Partenariat” and at the “Crédit National”.

He began his career at AXA Asset Management as a Fund Manager in Emerging Markets.

Bertrand Chevalier joined the Fund of Funds team in 2011 as Investment Manager. Arrived in 2006 as  Financial Controller within the Middle Office mandates team, Bertrand worked since 2009 in the office of the Chief Operating Officer, Christophe Florin.

Emmanuel Lejay joined AXA Private Equity in 2005 to set up and manage the co-investment activity. Since May 2010, he has been responsible for developing the direct investment activity in the Middle East & North Africa region.

Before joining AXA Private Equity, Emmanuel Lejay was a Director in Private Equity with CDPQ, in charge of completing LBO fund investments and co-investments in Western Europe. He started his career at IBM Global Services as a consultant in IT (1990-1992), followed by an experience at JP Morgan as Project Manager in Global Technology (1993-1995).
