Wolfgang Pietzsch joined AXA Private Equity in 2003.

From 1994-1998, he worked at Price Waterhouse Transaction Services (Frankfurt) on German and international M&A projects. He then worked at ABN AMRO Capital (Frankfurt) for five years as Senior Investment Manager responsible for Growth Expansion and LBO operations in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

Christof Naményi joined AXA Private Equity in 2006 in Frankfurt.

He has held various positions within the ABN AMRO Group from 1998 to 2006.

He was a consultant from 1995 to 1998, with the engineering consulting firm Lahmeyer International, where he worked on various infrastructure projects in Zambia, Slovenia, Lithuania, South Africa, Indonesia, Pakistan and Germany.

Michael Reuther joined AXA Private Equity in Frankfurt in September 2007 as Investment Director in the LBO Mid cap team. In 2009 he moved to the Infrastructure team.

Mark Rohde joined AXA Private Equity in April 2008. After a 7 month internship in AXA Private Equity’s direct funds team in 2004, he joined the Transaction Services Department of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Frankfurt, where he worked mainly on domestic transactions. In 2006 he transferred to London, where he worked as Manager on domestic and international transactions.

Dirk Wittneben joined AXA Private Equity Germany in October 2006 in Frankfurt as Investment Director to the LBO Small Cap Team.

Before joining AXA Private Equity, he was Investment Manager for BdW since 2001. He worked across different industry sectors on German mid-market LBO/MBO and Mezzanine projects. Prior to BdW, He worked for four years as a senior associate in the audit department of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
He gained further professional experience in the loan department of a savings bank, a consulting company and in the finance and controlling unit of Deutz AG in Stockholm.

Marc Abadir joined AXA Private Equity as Analyst within the LBO Small Cap team in Frankfurt, after a 8 month internship within the Fund of Funds team and BdW.

Prior to his internship with AXA Private Equity, Marc studied at ESADE Business School in Barcelona for one trimester. Further woking experience: apprenticeship at NORD/LB in Hanover and Hamburg, and internship at Gruner + Jahr in Cologne.

Jan Philipp Schmitz joined AXA Private Equity Germany in 2005.

Previously, he worked at Ernst & Young (transaction advisory services) and Arthur Andersen, specializing in financial institutions.

Manuel Häusler joined AXA Private Equity Germany in 2007 after a 5 month internship in the Funds of Funds team.

Florian Korp joined AXA Private Equity Germany in 2008.

Previously, he worked at Raiffeisen Zentralbank Austria (RZB) within Debt Capital Markets for corporations in the EU region and CEE. He also completed the bank’s investment banking trainee programme. While studying he spent various internships at Compass Group and Starwood.

Fabian Wagener joined the LBO Mid Cap team in Frankfurt in 2010 as a Senior Investment Manager. Prior to joining AXA Private Equity, Fabian worked three years for Granville Baird, a Hamburg based Private Equity fund. He started his career with KPMG in Frankfurt within the Corporate Finance – M&A Department.
